How do I export my P&L report?
To export your Profit & Loss report, navigate to the Reports tab in your dashboard. Select the date range you wish to export, then click the "Export" button in the top right corner. You can choose between CSV and PDF formats.
Does Netlyze track shipping labels purchased outside Shopify?
Yes, but you need to manually import these costs or connect via our API if you use a third-party shipping provider that isn't directly integrated with Shopify's shipping field.
How often is data synced?
Netlyze syncs your store data in near real-time. Orders typically appear within 5 minutes of being placed. Ad spend data from connected platforms is updated hourly.
