Shopify Payment Gateways (Auto-Synchronized)
This section displays payment gateways that are automatically synchronized from your Shopify store.
Supported auto-synced gateways include:

These gateways are marked as AUTO-SYNC or AUTO-SYNCHRONIZED, which means:
-
Rates are pulled directly from Shopify

Fees are updated automatically if your Shopify configuration changes
-
No manual input is required
Transaction fees for these gateways are applied in real time and used in profit calculations for each order.
Additional Payment Gateways (Manual Configuration)
If your store uses external or custom payment methods (e.g. bank transfer, COD, Stripe via third-party setup), you can configure them here.

Fee Structure Explained
1. Payment Gateway Fees
-
Gateway Rate (%)
Percentage fee charged by the payment provider. -
Gateway Fixed Fee
Fixed fee charged per transaction.
2. Shopify Additional Fees
-
Shopify Extra Fee (%)
When using non-Shopify payment gateways, Shopify typically charges an additional transaction fee (commonly 2%).
This fee is automatically included in the total calculation.
Total Fee Calculation (Auto-Calculated)
The system automatically calculates and displays:
-
Total Rate (%)
Example:5% (3% gateway + 2% Shopify) -
Total Fixed Fee
Example:$30,000 -
Formula Used
(Order Amount × Total Rate) + Total Fixed Fee
This helps you clearly understand how transaction fees are applied to each order.
